C²EC is the entity that will call our members “in” before they get called out. We will actively foster the practice of “community responsibility” by encouraging leaders to hold themselves accountable for the evolution they want in the field. C²EC has designed a Curriculum of Change that will address the needs of the field, from pipeline to performance, boardroom to box office and beyond. Our team of consultants, facilitators, and educators—experts in various subject matters, ( I.D.EA. organizational culture, history etc.) will engage members as a cohort, and individually to influence organizational cultural reform.
